New Years!

Wow I cant believe it already is a new year! Happy 2011!! I've decided time just goes faster and faster the older you get! It seems like almost yesterday I was just getting ready to go to high school and I was so nervous! Now before I know it, I'll already be done with my freshman year of college!

For new years eve, some friends of mine came over. My parents weren't home(they were at a New Years Eve Party), so we had the house to ourselves! We were going crazy! We played a game called "Headbanz" my family got for Christmas, its so fun! We also made cookies, well we made the dough and ate it. ha ha. Did some fun hypnosis, made a fun crazy video, and toasted on new years! It was such a blast, loved spending time with my besties! :)

Christmas Time

Well Christmas this year was great!!! My whole family was there! There were all 19 of us sleeping under the same roof on Christmas Eve. I cant believe how big my family is getting! This Christmas was the best I've had in a really long time! Since all 8 grand kids were there, they just brought back all the Christmas spirit!
It was also great to take a break from school! We got a whole month off, so I got to spend a lot of time with my friends after all my family left, which was really nice!! We took a trip up to Temple Sq. to see all the lights, which is always fun!

Alissa's Baptism

On December 4th, my roommate Alissa was baptized! It was one of the most spiritual experiences i've had in a very long time! My other roomates were there as well, which was really neat. I was able to sing the song courageously at her baptism. The following day was fast and testimony meeting, so I felt I needed to get up and bare my testimony for her to hear! I also sang o-holy night in the 3rd hour of church for our Christmas program.

I know the savior lives, and I am so happy for Alissa. She has had one of the hardest lives i've ever heard of. She has come so far, and I have seen her learn and grow and the changes she has made in her life! I am so grateful for her and the example she is to me! How brave she is to be the first in her family to become LDS! It was the most spiritual weekend i've ever had. I feel my testimony has grown so so much since i've been away from home. I love this gospel, and i'm so grateful for it!

Nia Kensignton LaRue

A new niece of mine was born on this earth November 4th, 2010! Her name is Nia Kensignton LaRue! I am so happy for my sister Shannon and her husband Anthony! She is so beautiful!

Roomies!!

I just wanted to give a shout out to my wonderful roomies! I love them to dealth! Even though we are all so different, we all get a long so well! They add spice to my life! We decided we wanted to take family pictures, since we are all the family we've got right now!! I love taking cute pics!

Cabin Trip to Brianhead!

Last weekend some boys invited us(elsha, sam, and I) to their Cabin up at Brianhead! It seriously was one of the best weekends i've ever had! They were so nice, such gentleman! They cooked us dinner, and we had a candlit dinner, then we went in their hottub and sana. When we came back we just spontaneously started dancing in the living room. They were teaching us how to do the quickstep and other ballroom dances! Then they made us this amazing desert called "monkey bread" so amazing! Then we watched "Italian Job" such a great movie! While the move was going, we all gave each other back massages, and did like massage trains and such!! It was the best!!! Then in the morning the boys were cooking us french toast, and hot apple cidar. Then they took us shooting, which I hadn't done since I was a little kid! It seriously was such a blast!! They were so nice, and it seriously was the most relaxing and enjoyable weekend of my life!!!

Fall Happiness!

I love fall!! I just wish the season would last longer! Its already so cold and miserable, winters here are always so LONG too! Carved a Harry Potter pumpkin for Halloween. Cant wait for the 7th movie "Deathly Hollows" to come out!! Only 5 more days until the midnight showing, which of course i'll be going to! Elsha and I went home for Halloween. Just hung out with one of my best friends Brooke and a few of her friends. Next holiday.... THANKSGIVING! cant wait!
