S.F Bball game!

Yesterday was our First Region bball game! I was super excited, because this year we are in a new region with schools all really close by, so there are lots of rivals in our region. Tonight we played one of our Rivals Spanish Fork! Half of our school used to go to Spanish Fork before our school existed, so we wanted to beat them so bad! It was a white out, and it was so intense!! It was pretty close the whole time, we won 63-60! After the game we had a tailgate techno/Side walk Shalk party! It was a blast, and a great beginning to the bball season!

Cosettes Surprise Bday party!

Cosette is 18!! A bunch of us girls decided we wanted to kidnap Cosette for her birthday!! Her sister Mindy and her mom caught her off guard and put a blanket over her head, all of us girls were waiting in my minivan, we decked it all up with streamers, banners, and balloons. They stuck her in the van, and we drove off, then while driving we took the blanket off and yelled, "surprise!" We went and saw "Princess and the Frog" in theaters. Then we went to walmart and got ice cream and subway sandwiches, we went back to Cosette's house to eat the ice cream, and then we played apples to apples, it was such a fun night, sometimes its nice just to have a girls night!

Happy New Years!

Ahh I cant believe it! Its 2010! Man does time fly by! This year is going to be a year of big change!! I will be graduating from high school, starting college, turning 19! This year will be a year where big decisions will be made, that will be affecting my life forever! Its pretty scary to think about it! I'm finally growing up!! I always wanted to grow up, but now that it came so quickly, i wish i could still be a kid, where there were no worries!!
For new years a bunch of us friends had a get together at my friend Cody's house, we played ping pong, video games, had a techno tailgate party outside, had tons of food, and when new years arrived we ran outside banging on pots and pans, shaking root beer and creme soda opening them up so they would explode, and yelling excitling about the new year 2010! It was a great party hopefully leading to a great year of 2010!

Christmas Break 09!

This year Christmas break was really amazing!! It really felt like the most fun i'd had on a christmas break in a long time!! My entire family was here for the first time in A few years so that was really nice! It was awesome seeing all my neices and nephews, one of my favorite things we did was go up soldier hollow and got tubing, i also brought two of my best friends Audrey and Keily.
Student council had a big gift exchange party, we just played with the toys we got from eachother and had lots of great food.
I hung with all my payson girls and we had a gift exchange as well. It was really nice to see them all since I hadn't seem them in awhile!!
I felt like i had some fun activity going on every day, and it was so fun to be with friends and family, the things that are really important during the holidays!! I did lots of sledding, and eating, a lot of fun get together parties with friends as well! Merry Christmas Everyone!

RIP 2009!

This year the Halloween Dance was a blast!! I took one of my bestest friends Dalen Ficklin!! He is such a funny kid! My group went as half nerds, half Gangstas! We had such a fun group! All the people in our group i'm really close with, and i knew all of them which always makes it a lot funner! We took pictures, then had a halloween dinner, with all the menu items with nick names like worms and eyeballs which was speggetti and meat balls ect. Then we carved pumpkins, went to the dance, and watched "Hocus Pocus" after! It was a blast!

Make A Wish!

So SHHS does Make a Wish every year! Its one of my favorite things! This year we did Make a wish for a boy named Porter who lives in California. He has muscular dystrophy . His wish was to go to Disney World in Florida! Our school raised over 8,000 dollars!! So we were able to grant his wish!! We sold dog tags again like last year, we had a disney movie night and watched Lion King, we had a red out day (Porters favorite color), A disney dress up day, A stuffed Animal day, and a spirit day. We also did the Man-Hawk Dance off, Kind of like a drill off, but the boys compete! It was a lot of fun! I choreographed a group most of the student council boys! They did such a great job! it was super funny! Then of course we had our Skyhawk Gorge, where we earned $3,700! The whole commuinity is invited to come, they pay a certain entry fee and then can try all sorts of food samples that our school clubs provide!! In the lunch room there is real dinner, and in the auditorium there is entertainment from our student all night long. The ping pong club also had games going, and photography club had a little cut out bored you could stick your head in to be different disney charactors! The whole week was a big succes, and a ton of fun!

Homecoming Week!

Homecoming Week was a Blast!! I tried to go to almost everything since i'm a senior this year, and its my last chance!! This year the theme was Candyland! It was awesome, council decorated the whole school and it looked awesome! We got so many compliments, all the faculty told us in all their years of teaching they had never seen a school so decked out before! So it was neat to hear! On Monday it was Crazy Sweater Day, At lunch we had a dunk tank for the teachers and Principles at our school. Tuesday was Neon Day, We also played Payson in girls soccer and beat them 2-1 In double overtime, so that was pretty neat!! That night was the Super Skyhawk Rally. Then Wednesday was Duct Tape day, and after school was Powder Puff! Thursday was Cowboy and Indian Day!! After School was mud Volleyball. Friday was Spirit day, we had a car smashing after school, a tale gate party before the game, Then the big Football game! We played payson and won!! That was exciting! Then Saturday was the dance. I went with Payden Pemberton! It was a lot of fun! I am making a video right now to just cap up the week, it should hopefully be done soon!
