1st day of Senior Year!

Its Senior Year Baby!!
Pretty crazy I must say! Time really does fly!! The first day of school was awesome though! Everyone was dressed in their school spirit. We had an awesome assembly with cheer, drill, and dance company performing. The band marched down the auditorium playing our school song while the students sang along. We showed all 4 student council videos that each grade made. And best of all we had a huge surprise/treat for the student body. The lights went out during the assembly, and everyone was freaking out. Little did they know we had a little surprise for them. Being a brand new high school last year, we didn't have our mascot, it takes a long time to order them! So this year we finally had it, and wanted to make a big introduction. The skyhawk came repelling down from the ceiling of the auditorium, with a big spotlight on it. It was actually really funny though because half way through it got stuck. It was supposed to come all the way down and come on the stage and get everyone pumped. But he got stuck, and just sat mid-air for like half the assembly, until we could get him down, It was really funny. But the assembly was a hit and a great turn out. Then the whole day it was just nice to see old friends and bring up old memories. This school year is going to be the best yet, and i'm excited for the memories to come!

Updation

Hello All!!
So I am foreverly behind on this ridonculous blog of mine! These next few posts will just be some updates of what have happened since my past post. This one starting with SHHS girls soccer. Our record as of right now is 5-3. Could be better, but could be worse. I absolutly love my team! The girls are all amazing!! The season can only get better from here!! We've had some really fun times together with team dinners, pool parties, and best of all we just did this AMAZING service project. Each sports team at SHHS is required to do a service project. Last year we sewed quilts. BUT THIS YEAR.. We went to Salem Elementry and put on a assembly and taught the kids about health and fitness, and then we did a run-a-thon with the kids. Honestly the funnest thing I've ever done! It was so awesome!! Well heres a few pics of whats been going on with the team.

Disco Skating!

We went to Classic skating the other night and every saturday is disco night!! We got a bunch of friends together and dress up crazy! It was so much fun!! It was one of the funniest things I've done all year! Were planning on going lots more in the future!! More pics on my facebook if you'd like to see.

Natalie's 18th B-day!

Natalie is 18!!! Stacey,Whitney,Natalie and I had a great night to celebrate her Birthday! We went and ate at brick oven, then went to Comedy Sports, and then came back to Whits house to watch a movie. I had never been to Comedy Sports before, but it was HILARIOUS! I think its so cool how people can just improv like that and be so dang funny! I definitely recommend people going, and i'm for sure going again soon!

I Wish

Audrey and I Made a Music Video to the Song I Wish by Skee-lo its a really old rap song but i think its freakin lagit! It was a lot of fun!! We dressed up as gansta boys and just had a good time!

Love Is A Battlefield!

The Other night a whole bunch of us girls, AKA Carlos(me) Ottis(Audrey) Samuel(Hailey) Johnathon(Keily) Phillips(Katie) and Burtis(Katherine) ( We all have nick-names). Made the sweetest music video! Love is a Battlefield! We pretty much are the craziest people ever! But I thought it was dang fun! haha. It was fun to get all dressed up crazy and then just pretty much do whatever we wanted, to make a sweet music video!!

Hiya!!
Well sorry its been forever since i've written on here!! i've had lots of fun since i've last written, but i'm just ganna tell you about a few things!! The other night A bunch of us girls went to Pateetneet to go sledding. Only instead of sledding, we tied a whole bunch of plastic bags on our feet and tried to slide (almost snowboard) down the hill!! It was so hard though to keep your balance, we would all just fall and then tumble down the rest of the hill and land on top of eachother! i was so scared somone was going to get a broken arm or leg, or worse.. DIE! haha. No one did though, and it was a BLAST!
The hill was super icy though, so it was pretty much impossible to get back up the hill! you would have to get a running start to even atempt to make it half way up the hill! Everytime we would be super close to the top of the hill Keily would loose her balance and fall back, and she would always be ahead of us, and run into us on her way down, so we would all go tumbling all the way down the hill as well! We would get so mad because it took forever to get that far, and then we just had to start all over again! We ending up pretty much crawling on our knees the whole way up. We of course were freezing cold because we were not dressed warm, I mean we were wearing tights for goodness sakes! My knees killed after, and now i have scabs from that night! haha, It was a ton of fun though just playing in the snow with our homeade slippery snow shoes, and tumbling down the hill and trying to make it all the way back up, haha. We all had a good time!
